JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitors and maintains branch cash levels and prepares related reports as needed.
Supervise and process financial transactions and document balances and cash drawers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cash handling such as control cash transactions and detect counterfeit note;
• Control all cash foreign exchange transactions;
• Responsible for vault room and all cash-till management;
• Control all transactions into core banking system;
• Coach and support teller, Ensure staff and teller are trained and compliance with
procedures;
• Prepare Repayment Schedule for customer and make sure crucial information are
well informed to costumer;
• Prepare CTR and cash report such as daily report and weekly report to HQ;
• Provide opening and closing account for customer;
• Write and Issue bank check payment and loan disbursement;
• Provide monthly accounts reconciliation statement to Branch Manager;
• Coach and support teller;
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Account, or equivalent;
• At least 2 years experienced with banks or MFIs;
• Good command both spoken and writing English;
• Effective communication, Pleasant and Friendly personality;
• Computer literacy. such Khmer and English Typing, MS Word, Excel and core banking
system;
• Team Management experience;
• Discretion, integrity, and attention to detail person;
• Autonomous, pro-active and quick learner.
