JOB DESCRIPTION

BRIDGE Bank PLC  is sister company  World_Bridge Group of Companies, operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia. BRIDGE Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

Install, manage, maintain and support ATM, CRM, POS and Card Management System.
Install, maintain and support Card Management System SIT/UAT/PROD
Support and troubleshooting Card Management System bug fixes with vendor
Involve with Card Management System and ATM / POS project implementation

Position : Officer, Card Management System
Reporting Line : Senior Officer, Card Management System
Location : Phnom Penh Branch

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintenance and support ATM, POS, Card Management system
• Support implementation of projects related to ATM, POS, and Card Management System
• Works closely with vendors, management and regulatory authorities regarding ATM placement
• Attend to testing for issues related to ATM, POS, and Card Management System
• Attend to testing ATM and POS for certification with card schemes
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting in solution of transactional errors.
• Manage on maintenance schedule ATM and POS
• Provide technical support for daily operation
• Actively & timely monitoring ATM risk detection and identification to minimize down-time, service interruption and prevention.
• Create user manual or process for internal support related to ATM, POS, and Card Management System
• Support for new release bug fixes deployment and testing
• Work with operation team on the ATM installation, testing, and rollout
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Produce daily, weekly and monthly transaction report and other as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field of ATM, POS, CMS and switching administration.
• Basic knowledge of Database SQL Query and PL/SQL Query
• Knowledge in financial transactions and ISO message
• Quick comprehension, hardworking, and responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with team members, business users, and vendors
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in Flexible time environment (night time and holiday)
• Experience with banking sector is preferred.
Willingness to learn new software systems.
