BRIDGE Bank PLC  is sister company  World_Bridge Group of Companies, operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia. BRIDGE Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

The job holder is responsible for acquiring business banking customers to the Bank and achieving the business banking sales target. S/he must have a good understanding of banking products and services in order to sell them to customers.

Position : Officer, Clearing & Settlement
Reporting Line : Manager, Clearing & Settlement
Location : Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the day to day clearing and settlement for domestic scheme include CSS, Bakong and KHQR, FAST and NCS.
• Perform daily transaction and GL reconciliation for Bakong and KHQR, FAST, and NCS
• Perform daily fee collection and clearing reconciliation to ensure the charge is made in a proper manner.
• Perform daily Bakong main wallet balancing and reconciliation
• Manage and perform day to day transaction and fee clearing, collection and reconciliation.
• Resolve day to day transaction posting error or incident impact to the GL balance with a proper rectification timeline/action plan.
• Perform daily GL journal voucher processing according to the operation needs.
• Handle and processes any back-office correction
• Handle online and offline customer and merchant miscellaneous debit and credit adjustment as and when needed.
• Do any other tasks assign from time to time by line manager and management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of mobile application development experience.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in mobile application security.
• Strong understanding/focus on digital technologies and platform ecosystems.
• Experience in consumer facing product management and design thinking.
• Financial industry experience is preferred but open if relevant to digital banking goals.
• Demonstrated actual practice in scrum/iterative application development.
• A good knowledge of all aspects of technology stacks in a large scale.
• The ability to cope with rapid change in an organized way, self-motivated.
• Ability to carry out multiple projects in a challenging timeline.
