JOB DESCRIPTION

BRIDGE Bank PLC  is sister company  World_Bridge Group of Companies, operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia. BRIDGE Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

Position : Officer, Infrastructure
Reporting Line : Manager, Infrastructure
Location : Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the first point of contact for Bank staff seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, and other social media channel;
• Able to use a ticketing system and follow up on cases until resolved;
• Perform remote & onsite troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by Bank staff;
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process;
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel;
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services;
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs;
• Follow-up and update customer status and information;
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by Bank staff to the appropriate internal team;
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures;
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses;
• Develop and update technical documentation;
• Execute other duties and projects reasonably required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field;
• Proven experience as a service desk technician or other customer support role;
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control;
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered;
• Proficiency in English;
• Excellent communication skills.
