BRIDGE Bank PLC  is sister company  World_Bridge Group of Companies, operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia. BRIDGE Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

Position : Officer, Program & Strategy
Reporting Line : Manager, Program & Strategy
Location : Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 Assist line manager by working closely with marketing and sales in executing card program and campaign according to program calendar.
 Assist line manager to closely provide necessary support to the marketing and sale team for the execution of promotional campaigns for card products and services.
 Handling the monitoring execution activities to ensure stakeholders align with the approved go-to-market and program calendar.
 Working closely with marketing to support and produce marketing material related to digital & e-Banking products and services.
 Act as contact point from digital and e-Banking to marketing team and other business units for content validation and confirmation relating to digital and e-Banking products and services.
 Monitor and handle Competitive Market Analysis as well as other market research to assist line manager in developing and improving Unique Selling Points and Card Program
 Do any other tasks assign from time to time by line manager and matrix line management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Degree in major of business administration or equivalent is acceptable. Especially marketing field.
 Have good knowledge in social media and digital marketing understanding and banking products and services is a plus, if any.
 Passion for self-development and willing to work extra mile.
 Hardworking and high commitment with deadline oriented
 Honesty and good interpersonal skills
 Be able to communicate both Khmer and English (verbal and writing) is preferable.
 Be able to use Ms Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
