JOB DESCRIPTION
BRIDGE Bank PLC is sister company World_Bridge Group of Companies, operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia. BRIDGE Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.
The job holder is responsible for acquiring corporate deposit customers to the Bank and achieving the corporate deposit target. S/he must have a good understanding of banking products and service in order to sell them to customers.
Position : Relationship Manager, Payment & Cash Management
Reporting Line : Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Chief Business Officer
Location : Head Office
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop initiatives to activate and strengthen customer relationship for the Bank’s existing customer base to push cash management service utilization and growth corporate deposit base.
• Constant finding out about market needs on cash management/transaction banking, building business cases to support new product initiatives and working with the team to develop product packages/bundles/initiatives to generate sales and maximize the Bank’s deposit and fee-based revenues from the business banking segment.
• Constant working with the team to enhance existing products and services based on the customers’ needs, competitor benchmarking, and the Bank’s policy.
• Develop action plans and strategies to channel the Bank’s new and existing products and services.
• Identify customer segment and constantly developing strong and healthy pipeline/potential deals to grow customer base for cash management/transaction banking activities.
• Regularly providing supports and training across various customer touchpoints, including branches, sales team, call center etc.
• Support sales calls and participating in response to Request For Proposals from customers where required.
• Acquire new-to-bank borrowing customers and cross-selling other products for the business banking segment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through service and relationship building.
• Engage prospects and clients with mindset of developing and growing with clients.
• Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of business banking solutions.
• Keep close eyes on and track competitor intelligence.
• Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy and working instruction.
• Constitute idea and suggestion for improvement and success.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets.
• Other task/projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A recognized Degree in business related filed
Relevant business banking experience of at least 2 years
Pleasant and service-oriented
Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage
Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred
Excellent verbal and written English
Fluent in verbal and written English
Ability to negotiate and build relationship
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
