BRIDGE Bank PLC  is sister company  World_Bridge Group of Companies, operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia. BRIDGE Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions. The job holder is responsible for leading the high net-worth segmentation. S/he ensures the business is growing in line with business needs and achieves the highest target possible.

Position : Relationship Manager, Premier Banking
Reporting Line : Head, Premier Banking
Location : Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish business strategy for attracting high net-worth customers;
• Execute customer acquisition strategy to grow large number of profitable customers bases;
• Work with Product Development and Marketing Department to build value proposition of Premier Banking from time to time;
• Acquire & maintain an attractive portfolio of Premier customers;
• Manage premier customer relationship to increase share of wallet;
• Provide financial planning advice to Premier customers;
• Run Premier campaign/activities to increase membership & sales;
• Work towards achieving target set by CBO;
• Provide 1-stop financial advice to Premier customers;
• Staff coaching.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field;
• Results-oriented;
• Strong ability to lead team to achieve target;
• Solid understanding of Premier banking segmentation & local regulation;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong ability to negotiate and build relationships;
• Strong presentation skills and convincing ability;
• Coaching skills;
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
