Bridge Bank PLC is one of the companies under World_Bridge Group of Companies, formerly known as Oxley-World_Bridge Specialized Bank Plc which has operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia.

Bridge Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

The job holder is responsible for growing high net-worth customers and achieving target for the segment (liabilities)

Position                 :         Relationship Manager, Premier Banking

Reporting Line     :         Head, Premier Banking

Location                :         Phnom Penh Branch

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow portfolio of high net worth clients through building strong relationships with prospects and networking;
• Identify potential Premier Banking customers and bring in new deposit base, fee income and customers for the segment;
• Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers;
• Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank’s standards and industry regulations;
• Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution;
• Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field;
• Relevant retail banking experience of at least 3years preferred;
• Personable and service-oriented;
• Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills with high-net-worth individuals;
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage;

• Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred.
• Good command both verbal and written English;
• Ability to negotiate and build relationship;
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
