JOB DESCRIPTION

BRIDGE Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist line manager to execute and implement cards and acquiring product innovation strategies and initiative project delivery according to the bank’s business plan.
  • Assist line manager for implementing card payments project from time to time according to the roadmap.
  • Work closely with other business units for gathering business needs and produce the Business Requirement Document (BRD).
  • Own the changes/addendum of the business requirement during project implementation stage and post implementation (BAU).
  • Work closely with technology and other department team for clarifying the business logic and product requirements in detail during project development stage.
  • Manage the progress status regarding to the matter pertaining to card payment services for fostering and expediting the deadline for fixing from technical and vendors. Then keep all stakeholders informed of progress status and issues fixing timeline/roadmap.
  • Perform business and issue analyze relevant both the BAU and during project period and work with stakeholders as well as management for temporary and permanent resolution.
  • Lead the Rollout Activities Checklist and team for rollout any new services or feature enhancement to business operations upon the product is delivered.
  • Do any other tasks assign from time to time by line manager and head.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in major of business administration or equivalent acceptable.
  • Have good experiences and knowledge on banking products and services and at least 03 years of experiences in card payment plus some experience in implementing card payment projects.
  • Have good understanding on the business strategy development and execution, and profit and loss is preferable.
  • Passion for working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, IT and Other teams.
  • Hardworking and high commitment with deadline oriented, honesty and good interpersonal skills
  • Very strong communication skills in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
  • Very strong mathematics calculation skill is preferable.
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills;
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
