MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish business strategy for attracting high net-worth customers.
- Execute customer acquisition strategy to grow large number of profitable customers bases.
- Work with Product Development and Marketing Department to build value proposition of Premier Banking from time to time.
- Acquire & maintain an attractive portfolio of Premier customers.
- Manage premier customer relationship to increase share of wallet.
- Provide financial planning advice to Premier customers.
- Run Premier campaign/activities to increase membership & sales.
- Work towards achieving target set by CBO.
- Provide 1-stop financial advice to Premier customers.
- Staff coaching.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong ability to lead team to achieve target.
- Solid understanding of Premier banking segmentation & local regulation;
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to negotiate and build relationships.
- Strong presentation skills and convincing ability.
- Coaching skills.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
