JOB DESCRIPTION

The job holder is responsible for leading Products Department and developing the strategic programs to ensure the Bank’s products and services are competitive and assist to increase number of customers across the segments. To initiate and develop new products for the bank in line with the bank’s product offering I.e., Term loan/Business loan/ Mortgage loan/SME loan/Personal loan/Bancassurance etc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for all system users.
• Operate and administrate the core banking system to support bank daily operation and business unit requirement.
• Perform routine system check and monitoring to ensure its high availability for service provision.
• Perform planned and unplanned system maintenance including system performance optimizing, bug fix, applying patch, environment creation and setup, conducting test, etc.
• Address all system issues and user change request.
• Implement changes as per business needs.
• Review system user access and security.
• Execute other duties and projects reasonably required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
• Experiences in core banking system support and maintenance including user support, patching, integration, issues and bugs handling.
• Understanding of SQL Server database monitoring and performance tuning.
• Experience in Windows Server including Active Directory.
• Knowledge of banking software methodologies and tools.
• Good command of English
