BRIDGE Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

As a Senior Officer, Mobile App Development, you will play an important role in coordinating and translating business requirements into technology implementation of innovative and comprehensive digital solutions and services.

Position : Senior Officer, Mobile Development
Reporting Line : Deputy Manager, Mobile Development
Location : Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions.
• Develop mobile banking app using Flutter/Swift/Kotlin.
• Maintenance existing mobile apps to support business growth.
• Enhance mobile app security regularly.
• Ensure the mobile app technology is up to date and running smoothly.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve and enhance the efficiency of digital banking and related interfaces.
• Diagnose and provide timely resolutions for mobile app issues.
• Produce and manage system documentations, internal methodology, processes, and procedures for software development adhering to the bank standards.
• Research new technologies and best practices and share to team.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and platform ecosystems.
• Experience in consumer facing product management and design thinking.
• Financial industry experience is preferred but open if relevant to digital banking goals.
• A good knowledge of all aspects of technology stack in a large scale.
• The ability to cope with rapid change in an organized way, self-motivated.
• Ability to carry out multiple projects at a challenging timeline.
