BRIDGE Bank PLC  is sister company  World_Bridge Group of Companies, operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia. BRIDGE Bank is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

The job holder is responsible for acquiring business banking customers to the Bank and achieving the business banking sales target. S/he must have a good understanding of banking products and services in order to sell them to customers.

Position : Team Lead, Business Lending
Report to : Deputy CEO/Chief Business Officer
Location : Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales plans to grow Business Banking’s deposits and loans portfolio customer base and fee business for the Bank.
• Ensure that the business banking product offerings are continually aligned with the market offerings and cater to the needs and expectations of the business banking clientele.
• Develop innovative customer acquisition and retention strategies and ensure high levels of customer service by creating an environment that fosters active selling and superior customer service.
• Implement risk management practices and minimize regulatory breaches.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with external business partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through service and relationship building.
• Keep close eyes on and track competitor intelligence.
• Constitute ideas and suggestions for improvement and success.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of business lending.
• Conduct regular performance review, provide feedback and coaching for development.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business lending, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of business loan products, credit risk assessments and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in verbal and written English.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
