JOB DESCRIPTION
The job holder is responsible for performing banking transactions for customers. S/he will
also be responsible for providing and promoting banking products and services and ensure
the high quality of customer service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attend to counter operations and resolve problems when necessary;
• Attend to and perform all banking transactions for customers;
• Promote and cross-selling banking products;
• Attend to customers personally where necessary and provide feedback on
customers’ needs and complaints;
• Assist in ensuring efficient counter services operations;
• Performing daily physical cash balancing;
• Ensuring all cash registers and records are properly kept/written-up;
• Serve customers by exchanging, receiving and paying out cash at counter;
• Attend to opening/closing of accounts and ensure documentation is in order
• Prepare the necessary daily and monthly reports;
• Achieve and proactively referrals to PFC for A/C opening;
• Adhere to all the time with cash security/control/accuracy;
• Other task/project as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of customer service experience is an advantage;
• Relevant experience in the banking or service industry is an advantage;
• Pleasant personality , friendly;
• Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent Good verbal and written English is an advantage;
• Ability to build a good relationship with customers;
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
