BRIDGE BANK PLC is one of the companies under World Bridge Group of Companies, formerly known as Oxley-World Bridge Specialized Bank Plc which has operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia.

BRIDGE BANK is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

Position:         Intern, Retail Lending

Reporting Line: Branch Manager

Location: Phnom Penh Branch

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Relationship Managers in sales activities, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
• Assist RMs on admin works such as verbal check property, request FI, conduct account and other related tasks that are required by RM.
• Assist RMs to follow up overdue account /report & issue remind letter if any.
• Assist in preparing customer documentation/loan files before submitting it to Credit Admin.
• Observe and learn customer relationship and sales techniques from RMs.
• Learn to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate customers records and update regularly (Build-up relationships with existing customers).
• Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products (accounts, loans, cards, digital services)
• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately to RM.
• Support branch sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Attend required training programs and continuously improve product and sales knowledge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate student year 4 or fresh graduate
• Digital and Finance skills are preferred.
• Support customer Relationship Managers and sales activities
• Assist in promoting banking products and services
• Ensure customer documentation and compliance accuracy
• Learning banking operations, products, and relationship management skills
• Good command in English
• Good computer literacy
