BRIDGE BANK PLC is one of the companies under World Bridge Group of Companies, formerly known as Oxley-World Bridge Specialized Bank Plc which has operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia.

BRIDGE BANK is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

Position                 :         Senior Officer, Core Banking

Reporting Line     :         Manager, Core Banking

Location                 :         Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for all system users.
• Operate and administrate the core banking system to support bank daily operation and business unit requirement.
• Perform routine system check and monitoring to ensure its high availability for service provision.
• Perform planned and unplanned system maintenance including system performance optimizing, bug fix, applying patch, environment creation and setup, conducting test, etc.
• Address all system issues and user change request.
• Implement changes as per business needs.
• Review system user access and security.
• Execute other duties and projects reasonably required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
• Experience in core banking system support and maintenance including user support, patching, integration, issues and bugs handling.
• Understanding of SQL Server database monitoring and performance tuning.
• Experience in Windows Server including Active Directory.
• Knowledge of banking software methodologies and tools.
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy
