JOB DESCRIPTION

BRIDGE BANK PLC is one of the companies under the World Bridge Group of Companies, formerly known as Oxley-World Bridge Specialized Bank Plc which has operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia.

BRIDGE BANK is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

Position                   :  Deputy Manager, Credit Evaluation

Reporting Line       :  Manager, Credit Evaluation

Location                  :  Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review of Credit Memorandum submitted by ARM/RM both HQ and Branch

• Check requirement documents to comply with the policy
• Visit and Check Residential, Business and Collateral of Loan
• Recommend Loan and submit for approval and answer the questions from management.
• Review and confirm Loan Agreement Documents
• Review and check Pre-Disbursement checklist
• Review and make sure loan files are corrected to keep in Strongroom
• Review Insurance Quotations and Renewal
• Other task assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or Account/Finance & Banking and other related fields
• At least 03 years’ experience in MFI, banking, credit operations, back office, and credit administration
• Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive
• Good at problem solving and negotiation skills at all levels
• Good interpersonal and communication
• Good English both writing and speaking
• Good at computer skills (Ms. Office, internet/email)
• Able to work under pressure, able to stay late at night, work in a team, a fast learner
