BRIDGE BANK PLC is one of the companies under World Bridge Group of Companies, formerly known as Oxley-World Bridge Specialized Bank Plc which has operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia.

BRIDGE BANK is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

Position                  :         Senior Officer, MIS

Location                 :         Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, generate, and maintain regular MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports and data sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain and support MIS databases, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot MIS-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure accurate and timely data integration from multiple systems.
• Assist internal IT teams with data extraction requests and inquiries.
• Resolve issues in existing reports and monitor data transfers (ETL processes).
• Collaborate with business departments to gather reporting requirements and enhance data processes.
• Provide MIS training and guidance to end users to ensure proper system utilization.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to management and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly Data Summit reports to the CBC.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities for related projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), Reporting, Data Analytics, or IT Systems.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, PBIRS, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, developing stored procedures and views, and understanding ETL/ELT concepts.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, data modelling, and reporting methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to automate reports, streamline workflows, and optimize data processing.
