BRIDGE BANK PLC is one of the companies under World Bridge Group of Companies, formerly known as Oxley-World Bridge Specialized Bank Plc which has operated since 18 November 2014. The bank obtained commercial bank license in 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia.

BRIDGE BANK PLC is looking for dynamic, positive, highly dedicated, and multi-tasking professionals with passion to deliver excellence and to join our team for the following positions.

Position: Senior Officer, Backend/Web Development

Reporting Line: Manager, Digital Technology

Location: Head Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop web applications, services, and APIs.
• Implement new features for digital systems.
• Enhance overall system security regularly.
• Communicate with business teams for their digital requirements.
• Ensure the digital systems are up to date, running smoothly, securely, and backed up.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve and enhance the efficiency of digital banking and related interfaces.
• Diagnoses and provide timely resolutions for any digital issues.
• Produce and manage system documentations such as system architectures, processes, and procedures for software development adhering to the bank standards.
• Maintain system availability to the maximum extent
• Keep yourself up to date with new technologies and best practices.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of web development experience.
• Experience in internet banking and mobile banking is preferred.
• Familiar with containerized applications, CI/CD, and automation tools.
• Proven skills in developing web backend using Spring Boot/.Net.
• Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and familiar with frontend frameworks such as Angular and ReactJS.
• A hands-on experience with web security implementation.
• A strong knowledge of all aspects of technology is stacked in a large scale.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and platform ecosystems.
• Experience in consumer facing product management and design thinking.
• Demonstrated actual practice in scrum/iterative application development, web-oriented architecture, and Cloud computing.
• The ability to cope with rapid change in an organized way, self-motivated.
• Ability to carry out multiple projects at a challenging timeline.
