Phnom Penh: BRIDGE Bank, a financial institution in Cambodia offering a wide range of financial services, and Saisons Company, the exclusive franchise holder of emart24 and, more recently, Mega MGC Coffee, a well-known Korean brand, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide loans to entrepreneurs interested in purchasing emart24 and Mega MGC Coffee franchises from Saisons. The signing ceremony was presided over by senior management from both parties as well as franchise business owners.

This partnership marks an important step in strengthening the financial system’s engagement with entrepreneurs in the country, by providing comprehensive financial services that meet the needs of all customers, including small and medium enterprises as well as high-income clients, in acquiring the emart24 and Mega MGC Coffee franchises.

Saisons Company introduced the emart24 brand to the Cambodian market in 2023, and by 2025 it has expanded to seven branches, with plans for continued openings. emart24 is a convenience store operating 24 hours a day, offering everything from morning coffee to late-night snacks. In addition, Mega MGC Coffee, a well-known South Korean coffee chain recognized for its affordability, variety, and high-quality beverages, with around 4,000 outlets across South Korea, has been granted to Saisons under a Master Franchise agreement in Cambodia.
