MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in conducting user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support the design process for digital banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to implement design solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize the user experience post-launch based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and contribute to improving user experience.
  • Participate in user testing sessions, gathering feedback, and making necessary design adjustments.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tolls, and technologies to drive innovation in digital products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet business requirements and timelines.
  • Support the preparation of design assets and documentation for development handoff.
  • Assist in managing design files, resources, and timelines to meet project deadlines.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Officer and Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Computer Scient, Software Engineer, Human-Computer Interaction or related fields.
  • Having experience in UX/UI design is a plus, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with designing digital banking platforms, mobile apps, or responsive web applications.
  • Basic knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • A portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work, including wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of digital banking trends and user behavior in the financial services industry.
  • Passion for learning and growing within the UX/UI design field.
