JOB DESCRIPTION

Bridge business needs and IT solutions by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of effective technology solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the kick-off project activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or automation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for IT teams.
• Identify process dependencies, system dependencies, operational risks, and control requirements.
• Work closely with business users, developers, and vendors to determine the appropriate solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain requirements, process flows, user stories, and related documentation.
• Support system testing, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain a clear traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and final implementation.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure system changes are properly documented and follow the Bank’s change management procedure.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer Scient or related fields
• Having 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector
• Agile or Scrum certification is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good business process analysis and improvement skills
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, software development, databases, and APIs
• Good project management and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively with both business users and IT teams
• Critical thinking and adaptability to support changing business and technology needs
