JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is in charge of development, administration, and support for Core Banking System and its associated services and utilities in different environments including other related applications to ensure its availability, accessibility, security, and privacy to accommodate business requirements such as new change request, new product and services, system integration, regulatory requirement, and other CBS related projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and develop products in core banking system.
• Develop new ad-hoc changes and tasks assigned.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in core banking system.
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues related to other channels of core banking such as CMS, digital banking, Swift, etc.
• Monitor the issues and keep the helpdesk system updated.
• Collaborate with other teams for system integration.
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
• Develop and update technical documentation.
• Execute other duties and projects reasonably required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related filed;
• Experience in working with Temenos T24 core banking system.
• Experience in designing and developing products or services in Temenos T24.
• Experience in developing routine for Temenos T24.
• Understand Arrangement architecture.
• Experiences in core banking system support and maintenance including patching, integration, issues, and bugs handling.
• Knowledge of banking software development methodologies and tools;
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of English
