JOB DESCRIPTION

The job holder is responsible for performing banking transactions for customers. She will also be responsible for providing and promoting banking products and services and ensuring the high quality of customer service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in attending counter operations and resolve problems when necessary.
• Assist in attending to and performing all banking transactions for customers.
• Assist in promoting and cross-selling banking products.
• Assist to attend to customers personally where necessary and provide feedback on customers’ needs and complaints.
• Assist in ensuring efficient counter services operations.
• Assist in opening/closing of accounts and ensure documentation is in order.
• Support another task.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate student (year 3-4 or fresh graduate)
• Pleasant personality, friendly.
• Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Good verbal and written English is an advantage.
• Ability to build a good relationship with customers.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
