Core Banking System Manager (CBS Manager)

The CBS Manager oversees core banking system and other integrated applications to ensure it is always available for service provision, secured, and private. Internal and external required needs are to be accommodated such as new products and services, system integration, regulatory requirement, and other CBS related projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technically manage and lead the team for core banking system and other integrated applications implementation, administration, maintenance, monitoring, and support.
• Handle issues, bugs and change requests raised by business units.
• Create and maintain a consolidated list of issues and risks and review with team on a recurring basis to help drive to closure. Escalate items as appropriate.
• Technically manage and lead the systems development, enhancement, and integration of new systems with existing systems.
• Collaborate with business units for business requirements collection.
• Manage and collaborate with third party suppliers for integration and migration projects.
• Mitigate the technical risks and report it in timely manner.
• Ensure all system setups/configurations are complied with IT Policy and regulatory requirements.
• Execute other duties and projects reasonably required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experiences in core banking system.
• Strong technical experiences in core banking system support and maintenance

including patching, integration, issues, and bugs handling.

• Knowledge of banking software development methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge/experience in Temenos T24 and MS SQL Server would be a big plus.
• Problem-solving, managerial, and analytical skills; good social and communication skills.
• Good command in verbal and written of English.
